We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Carry Comforts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. If the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@carrycomforts.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the product was defective or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original item and then place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

Some products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including personalized items or products that have been used or damaged after receipt.
